Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment with Re:Skyn.
The deposit amount will be clearly shown at checkout and may vary
depending on the treatment or treatment course selected.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS
The remaining balance for an individual treatment is due at your appointment,
with any deposit already paid deducted from the total treatment cost.
TREATMENT COURSES
When booking a course of treatments, a deposit will be required to secure your booking.
The deposit amount will be shown at checkout.
The remaining balance for the treatment course is due at your first appointment, unless a treatment payment plan has been agreed with Re:Skyn before the course begins.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment,
we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
MORE THAN 48 HOURS’ NOTICE
If at least 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.
LESS THAN 48 HOURS’ NOTICE OR NO-SHOW
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment,
will result in your deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.
A new deposit will be required to make another booking.
